The Children’s Center for Autism is an intensive applied behavior analysis therapy center. We provide services to children year round, and accept new clients based on the availability of openings in our center.
Admission Process
Please download the below listed application, fill it out and return it to CCA. You can do so by dropping it off at the center, faxing it to 931-680-0029, or emailing the completed application to cca@cdctn.org. Once that application is turned in, your child will be placed on the referral list, or be entered in our program based on slot availability.
We cannot guarantee immediate placement of your child in our program due to caseload availability. We always recommend you call the number listed on the back of your insurance card to see if there are any additional providers in your area that can get you in sooner.
When a slot is available we will call you. Should you decide to enroll in services, you will schedule an “intake” meeting with the clinical coordinator, and complete the paperwork process. At this time the clinical coordinator will coordinate with your insurance company to determine benefits.
